2,000 people had a great time at the Communities Fun Day last Saturday (September 10th).
The free event which was run by the Council and staged at the Citadel Leisure Centre in Ayr had something for everyone.
There was lots to entertain the youngsters from pony trekking to bouncy castles, there was even a surf simulator.
Council services and partners were also present at the info zone to give helpful advice on issues from saving on energy bills to recruitment.
