The Sport and Leisure service is about to embark on a transformational journey and South Ayrshire Council is inviting you to come along with them!

This transformation will ultimately see enhancements and improvements at a range of facilities, including our leisure centres, swimming pools and gyms.

To help them do this, they are launching a new survey to find out what really matters to current customers, wider users and potential users.

The survey covers things that matter most, like SAC customer service provision, quality of facilities and also asks about your overall experience and expectations of SAC Sport and Leisure facilities.

This is your opportunity to have your say. South Ayrshire Council will use feedback from the survey to help shape our plans for future improvements across the service.

The survey is open now and will close on Sunday 7 April 2024.

You can access the survey at tinyurl.com/SouthAyrshireSurvey.

South Ayrshire Council's Portfolio Holder for Sport and Leisure, Councillor Brian Connolly, said:

"We have a fantastic Sport and Leisure offering across South Ayrshire and we're committed to making this even better for everyone who uses, or is considering using our facilities.  The views of our customers and potential users are important to us and will play a key role in shaping our plans to enhance the overall service and experience across our facilities."

South Ayrshire Council's Portfolio Holder for Tourism, Culture and Rural Affairs, Councillor Alec Clark, said:

"By taking part in this survey, people can help us to understand how they feel about a range of aspects of our Sport and Leisure facilities.  We want to deliver the best possible service to our customers and attract new users too.  This survey is a great way for local people and visitors to get involved and put their suggestions and opinions forward as we work to transform the service."
