Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential investigations on the A77 in Kilmarnock at Bellfield Interchange, for two nights on Monday 24th March and Tuesday 25th March 2025 between the hours of 8pm and 6am each night.
This work will require overnight closures of the northbound and southbound off slip roads in this location, and traffic will be diverted as follows:
Traffic wishing to leave the southbound A77 will continue to Bogend and return north to leave the A77 at Spittalhill, follow the B7038 north and take the fourth exit at the roundabout on to the B7072 Hurlford Road before turning right at the roundabout onto Queens Drive.
Traffic wishing to leave the northbound A77 will continue to Grassyards, turn left on to the B7082 Grassyards Road and continue onto the A735.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by informing future improvement works in this location.
