ONE of the country’s leading hospitality groups, Buzzworks, has been accredited as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in the UK for, the ninth consecutive year.
The Ayrshire-based organisation, which operates 21 venues across Scotland, earned 60th place on the coveted ‘Best Large Company to Work For in the UK’ list – climbing six places from last year’s result.
What’s more, the group was also named the 9th ‘Best Company to Work For in Scotland’ and the 9th ‘Best Leisure & Hospitality Company to Work For in the UK’.
The list, which is published annually by leading employee engagement specialist Best Companies, aims to recognise organisations across the country who are going the extra mile to support their employees through workplace initiatives and schemes.
The result is testament to Buzzworks’ commitment to providing its team with industry-leading benefits, ongoing training and development, career progression, flexible working and unrivalled health and wellbeing incentives.
