A 33-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged serious assault.
The assault happened at around 1pm on Thursday 13 February in the McKinlay Crescent area of Irvine.
The man and woman appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today.
