A notorious Pothole filled road near Maybole is finally set to be resurfaced next month.
The B7023 between Maybole & Crosshill will be closed each day from the 2nd until 19th of April between 8AM & 5PM for resurfacing with diversions set to be put in place.
The section of road has been long overdue for resurfacing with many local motorists branding the section of road as "notorious" and "unfit for use" recently due to the amount of potholes on the section of road.
The daytime closures will allow the road to be completely resurfaced.
