POPULAR Ayrshire venue, The Vine, has unveiled a vibrant new refresh - introducing a new colour palette, stylish interior updates, and an even more exciting menu.

Celebrated for its delicious seasonal flavours, expertly crafted cocktails, and beautiful decor, the popular bar and restaurant has continued to invest and evolve, further enhancing its offering to firmly establish itself as the area’s best day-to-night destination.
The revamp brings a fresher feel to menus, signage, and interiors, with newly upholstered seating featuring inspiring prints, rich greens, bold magentas, and soft coral tones elevating the Prestwick venue’s already glamorous and contemporary aesthetic.
Meanwhile, the venue’s new dinner menu is all about delicious classics with a modern twist, with Asian-inspired dishes, speciality sharing boards and an impressive selection of prime Scotch steaks and more delivered straight from the showstopping Robata & rotisserie grill.
Throughout the day, diners can indulge in a fabulous new selection of brunch dishes - including the delightful Sriracha Poached Eggs & Smashed Avocado Croissant and the flavourful Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Bao Bun - complementing an already impressive lunchtime menu featuring lighter mains, freshly prepared sandwiches, and an array of small plates.
The star of the show, however, is the speciality 28-day aged 1kg Tomahawk steak, expertly cooked on the Robata grill and served with blistered cherry vine tomatoes, roast thyme potatoes and your choice of sauce.
Meanwhile, for those eager to explore Asian-inspired flavours, the Korean BBQ Cod is a must-try, accompanied by ginger & chilli bok choy and coriander rice.
Of course, guests can also continue to enjoy beloved classics that have become staples of the menu over the years, like Beer-Battered Fish and Chips, Coconut Chilli Chicken and creamy Mac & Cheese.
However, no visit to The Vine is complete without a visit to the bar. Whether it’s a classic cocktail, the new signature Jalapeño Kiss Margarita, or a well-poured glass of wine or draught beer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
