One of Ayr’s biggest autumn events is set to return later this year, with Ayr Rugby Club confirming the return of its popular Fireworks Festival at Dam Park Stadium.
The club has announced a Save the Date for Friday, 6 November 2026, when the skies above Ayr will once again be lit up for its annual fireworks celebration.
The event has become a major fixture in the town’s calendar. Ayr Rugby Club moved its traditional fireworks night from Millbrae to Dam Park in 2024, with the first event at the stadium attracting around 5,000 people. The club said the move offered more space, improved parking and road access, and a better viewing experience.
Last year’s festival saw the event return to Dam Park, with gates opening from 5pm and a programme featuring fairground attractions, food and refreshments, entertainment and the main fireworks display.
