Show – Festival of Flight has been announced, with two days of aerial entertainment planned above Ayr shorefront.
This year’s event will take place on Friday, September 4 and Saturday, September 5, featuring displays from some of the best-known military and civilian aviation teams.
The RAF Red Arrows will officially launch Friday evening’s programme at 6.10pm, followed by the RAF Falcons parachute display team at 6.36pm.
A Chinook flypast, RAF Grob Tutor, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, AeroSuperBatics Wingwalkers, Jet Pitts and RAF Typhoon will also feature during the evening.
The programme will conclude at 8.21pm with Airborne Pyrotechnics illuminating the skies above Ayr shorefront during a spectacular twilight display.
