Revolut customers have been experiencing problems accessing their accounts and making payments this morning amid disruption affecting several online services.

The banking provider’s UK status page showed services as partially unavailable shortly after 11am on Tuesday, October 20, with affected features including signing in, card payments, money transfers and cash withdrawals.
Several business banking services were also listed among those experiencing disruption.
Revolut said it had been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologised to customers for the inconvenience. The company reassured users that their money and data remained safe.

The problems come as Google Cloud investigates a separate incident affecting multiple services in its London region.
Google confirmed that the incident was causing increased errors and intermittent network failures. Its engineering team was continuing to investigate, and the company apologised to those affected.
Reports of difficulties have also been recorded for Lloyds Bank, HSBC, parcel delivery company DPD and retailer Screwfix through outage-monitoring platform Downdetector.
These reports reflect problems experienced by individual users and do not necessarily mean that every customer, or every service offered by those businesses, is affected.

It has not been established that all the reported problems are connected to the same incident.
Meanwhile, ING Germany reported a technical issue affecting access to its online banking service and mobile app.
Revolut’s UK status page continued to show partial disruption at the time of checking, while Google’s London incident remained active.
