A business group with an office in Stewarton is celebrating after winning three awards across two nights, recognising its innovation and business performance.

The Solutions on Demand Group won the Innovation Award at the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards on Friday evening.
The success followed two wins at the Glasgow Business Awards on Thursday, where the group received awards for Innovation in Business and Best Performing Small-Medium Business.

With offices in Stewarton and Glasgow, the group brings together software development, websites, branding, video, print, IT, telecoms and cyber security services, supporting organisations across Scotland and beyond.
The company says its approach to innovation is rooted in identifying practical problems and exploring what businesses could achieve by solving them.

In a statement shared with Ayrshire Daily News, the group said: “For us, innovation starts with a simple question: where is the problem, and what would solving it make possible?”
That approach helped shape its own growth. The business developed a custom customer relationship management system, known as a CRM, around the way its team needed to work.

By connecting information and reducing duplicated administration, the group says it improved internal processes and created more capacity to grow. It now helps other organisations address similar challenges.
Recent projects include developing apps supporting H&V’s use of 5G and creating a CRM for Scotseats.
The group is also developing Geco Connect, an AI-enabled platform for residential care and specialist education.
According to the company, the platform is designed to reduce duplicated paperwork for practitioners, give leaders better oversight and free up more time to support children and young people.
Alongside this, its MyGeco development aims to give young people ways to share their views and help shape the support they receive.
The group says the award recognition also reflects investment in its people, the expansion of its workspace and the development of services for its growing customer base.
Reflecting on the achievements, the team said: “It’s been an incredibly proud week for our team.
