Applications are now open to local charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations, with particular consideration for causes operating near the housebuilder’s Manse Field development.

Groups have until Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to submit their applications.

Now in its fourth year, the biannual Miller Homes Community Fund provides financial support for organisations and projects working within communities across Scotland.

A wide range of groups can apply, including children’s clubs, family services, health and wellbeing organisations, sports teams, music groups, cultural projects and other community-led initiatives.

Grants of between £250 and £2,000 will be available, with applicants asked to explain how the money would be used to benefit their local community.

Since the fund was launched in 2022, Miller Homes says almost £470,000 has been awarded to 592 organisations.

Andrew McArthur, Regional Operations Director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “Strong communities are at the heart of happy, thriving places to live, and so much of that comes down to the people and organisations working hard behind the scenes to bring people together.

“Our Community Fund is about helping those organisations continue that work, and we would encourage groups across the West of Scotland to apply and tell us how funding could support their community.”

Previous recipients of Community Fund support have included Saltire Steel, a band based in Clackmannanshire, and Alloa Amateur Gymnastic Club.

Applications for the latest funding round will be reviewed in early November, with successful groups expected to receive their awards by late November 2026.

The Community Fund forms part of Miller Homes’ wider programme of support for communities in areas where it is building new homes.
