Chapelwell Street in Saltcoats was closed and placed into lockdown earlier after a suspicious package was found in the street.
Police and Fire services attended however it was quickly established the package was no danger to the general public and was declared Non-suspicious.
The incident is now over and it's believed the Roads around the area have now reopened.
