Loudoun Musical Society has celebrated the success of its latest production, We Will Rock You.

The show entertained thousands of audience members during an unforgettable four-day run.
The production formed part of a particularly significant year for the society as it marks its 50th anniversary.
Featuring the much-loved music of Queen, the show saw audiences rocking out each night as the cast, crew and musicians brought the high-energy musical to the stage.

Following the final performance, Loudoun Musical Society described the experience as “indescribable” and thanked everyone who helped make the ambitious production possible.
A spokesperson for the society said: “The amount of effort that goes into an LMS production is incomparable, and our team continues to raise the bar every single year.

“Celebrating our 50th year as a society with this show has been so special, and we cannot thank our audiences enough for being part of this journey with us.
“To our cast, crew, band and all the unsung heroes of our show, thank you. You did this. What a momentous achievement.”

The society also paid tribute to the audiences who supported the production throughout its run.
The spokesperson added: “Your support has always been incredible, but this week was something else. Thank you for rocking out with us every night and celebrating the legacy of the one and only Queen.”

Concluding its message, LMS shared a quote from Queen frontman Freddie Mercury about the importance of making people happy through entertainment, before adding: “We hope we did you proud, Freddie.”
The success of We Will Rock You provided a fitting celebration of Loudoun Musical Society’s five decades of producing musical theatre and entertaining communities across Ayrshire.
