Over 250 new jobs have been created in freight handling at Prestwick since the direct flights to China started in May 2025.
In addition Air China and China Southern airlines have both brought significant numbers of staff to be based at Prestwick.
As the flights continue to increase Prestwick airport are now advertising for more specialist staff to work closely with Air China.
2 types of posts are being advertised. One is in finance and the other is in Operations.
